CNN anunţă că, după toate probabilităţile, Barack Obama va deveni cel de al 44-lea Preşedinte al Statelor Unite. În momentul în care scriu aceste rânduri, McCain rosteşte, cu o extremă decenţă. discursul de recunoaştere a înfrângerii.

Deşi, în ce mă priveşte, am votat întotdeauna cu dreapta, de această dată am susţinut emoţional pe Obama contra lui McCain, în esenţă din pricina necesităţii unei schimbări radicale în America în raport cu politica dezastruoasă, mai ales în plan internaţional, a lui George Bush.
