Doan Thanh Liem – Poems from Prison – 2

A Message to Youth

Young friends of mine
Let’s have the Right Thinking
To discover the wonders
In the Nature& Human society
Let’s have the Nice Feeling
To love everybody
Even our enemy.

Young friends of mine
Let’s raise our heart
To make life more meaningful
Let’s pay the high price
To get the greatness for our soul.

Young friends of mine
Let’s share the blessings
With all our brothers & sisters
Let’s be ourselves
With our usual good manners
Among this confusing world.

Young friends of mine
Let’s act accordingly
In this challenging moment
Of our glorious history
Let’s live fully
By loving totally
And enjoying Peace and Ectasy
Deep in our innerselves.
