Dr. Russel Norman, An Atheist, on the Perenial Message of Christmas – A Remarcable Discourse

A recent discourse in the the Parliament of New Zealand, by the co-chair of the Green Party.

I wish I could hear this kind of discourse from our church leaders. If they cared at all. Which remains to be proven.

    1. I believe it is obvious for every common sense person that I have not written this for fundamentalists. For these obsessed people, even if Jesus Christ himself said these things, he would have been suspected.
Sincerely, I am not interested in this kind of people and I believe hell is prepared for those like them.

  2. ” To the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain those who are under the law”

It takes an atheist using the Bible so some Christians can remember what responsibility of living temporary on Earth is about.

It looks like even Paul the Apostle would not succeed in convincing certain people that good deeds are good not because of who does them but because they build, lift, create bridges and preserve life which is a gift not a gain..
