Stripping it of its critic of the unpredictability of the fiscal system and the disfunctionality of the justice (I have a hint that the ambassador might have stronger opinion on this than he felt apropriate to express here), the picture coming out of the interview for Romanian economy is quite a healthy one.
Let us hope that the reality will even surpass it.

You know, Sam, that diplomats cannot say everything that they would like as, they do not represent themselves, but their own countries (and the Queen, in this case). What he tells me around a glass of wine is not necessarily totally different, but, say, more complex.
I hav to say that I like Martin a lot. And not only because he is a fellow Anglican.
