A Cure for Pathological Optimism

This is a must see! A case for real (as opposed to delusional) reality.

I have always been wary of the (mostly American) pathological optimism promoted in the corporate (and ecclesial) world today. They have also found a sophisticated name for it: ‘appreciative inquiry’, which is just a fancy name for a ‘bunch of baloony’.

Barbara Ehrenreich dispells this myth mercilessly. It is hilarious… (I thank Alex Nadaban for it.)
